Laguna Construction had a great portfolio of finished basement work and zero consistent social presence. Competitors were building audiences. Inbound leads were stalling. They needed content. I needed a first client to prove the Marketing Bootstrap system worked on a real business with a real non-technical owner.
The Problem
Construction companies have the proof (project photos, happy clients) but not the distribution. Consistent social posting requires either a dedicated hire or a system that makes it nearly autonomous. Most agencies charge for the former. This is the latter.
What It Is
A 90-day Instagram content pipeline producing 4 posts per week: project showcases, trending hooks, educational tips, and behind-the-scenes content. A slide-generator tool produced formatted templates. A client-facing content app handled approvals without requiring the client to know anything about the underlying system.
The engagement ran for 90 days and served as the proof-of-concept for the Marketing Bootstrap platform. Active client work now lives in ../clembot-vault/clients/laguna/.
