Marketing Bootstrap

A scaffolding tool for spinning up consulting engagements with Claude Code embedded from day one.

Claude CodeNode.js

A scaffolding tool for spinning up new consulting engagements. It shows marketing teams how to move faster and smarter by embedding Claude Code into their workflows from day one: automated reporting, campaign insights, copy review.

What It Is

Most marketing teams are drowning in manual work: pulling reports, formatting briefs, chasing campaign data across tools. Marketing Bootstrap is a structured scaffolding tool that sets up a new consulting engagement with Claude Code already embedded in the workflow.

It’s not a course, and it’s not a prompt library. It’s a ready-to-run operating layer that shows teams exactly where automation creates leverage, and gives them the automations to run from day one.

What It Does

Four things every engagement gets out of the box:

How an Engagement Starts

  1. Client brief in: Drop a raw brief, discovery notes, or even a Slack thread. The scaffolding tool structures it into a CLAUDE.md context file the AI can work from immediately.
  2. Engagement folder generated: Campaign templates, reporting structure, brand voice file, and automation hooks are created and ready. No starting from scratch.
  3. Automations wired up: The team is shown which recurring tasks Claude Code can own: weekly summaries, brief drafts, performance analysis, and the commands to run them.
  4. Insights on demand: Ongoing: drop in campaign data, pull structured insights. The team learns to ask better questions by seeing what good AI-assisted analysis looks like.

Who It’s For

Marketing teams that are already capable but stretched thin. They don’t need more strategy. They need more hours in the day. Marketing Bootstrap shows them how Claude Code creates those hours by handling the mechanical work so the team can focus on the decisions only humans should make.

It’s also the foundation for every Wanessa Labs consulting engagement. We use it ourselves before we hand it to a client.
