I build tools I actually use. That's the whole thesis. Clembot started as a personal experiment in 2023, when I realized I was spending more time managing AI workflows than doing the work. Now it's a consulting practice and a growing toolkit, and every client engagement runs on the same stack we built for ourselves.
The technical foundation is AI ops and Web3. I spent years inside enterprise environments: Consensys, DIN, and the kind of internal infrastructure work most companies are only beginning to take seriously. AIDIN was the version that got interesting: an AI director embedded into the research workflow, not bolted on afterward. That experience changed how I think about automation. The question stopped being "can we automate this" and became "what should still require a human decision."
I'm on sabbatical now. Not a vacation: a sprint. The goal is to ship 30 real tools in 90 days, in public, and document everything along the way. Every project gets a PRD, a decision log, and a roadmap. If it doesn't have proof of work, it doesn't count. WanessaLabs is what happens when you take that discipline seriously and stop treating side projects as hobbies.
If you're building with AI and want to talk about the ops layer: the workflows, the agents, the part that doesn't fit into a demo, that's the conversation I'm here for. Find me on LinkedIn or follow the sprint at the links below.
